Just after I hit send on an issue of The Beat describing an Illinois court's ruling that AA needs to rejoin Orbitz, AA issued a statement saying it would. “We just received the court’s order this afternoon, and we fundamentally disagree with its conclusion," according to the statement. "We want to underscore that this is the exact opposite conclusion than that of the judge who heard the evidence.
