It's with many mixed emotions and after much careful consideration that I announce this is my last day as editor-in-chief of The BTN Group.
I'll still contribute to BTN Group publications, including Business Travel News, The Beat, Travel Procurement and businesstravelnews.com, but I have new twin babies at home (one boy, one girl, both healthy), and my main role is going to be taking care of them.
Taking my place as editor-in-chief is Elizabeth West, currently The BTN Group's executive editor for content solutions and formerly editor-in-chief of MeetingNews. Joining her is our new managing editor, Amanda Metcalf, who has served in high-level roles in several publications. I know that Beth, Amanda, David Meyer and the rest of The BTN Group's excellent editorial staff__Jay Boehmer, Michael B. Baker, JoAnn DeLuna and Julie Sickel__will continue and improve upon the best industry news, analysis and research available anywhere.
