COMMENT: Travel Managers Must Ensure Data Aggregation Strengthens Control Over Service Providers

Spendvision is developing a branded and integrated booking and expense tool with HRG, which back in March bought the 42 percent of Spendvision it did not already own. That was around the same time I opined that a battle to fulfil the role of corporate clients' chief aggregator of booked and paid data was afoot, with such booking/expense service providers as Concur and KDS best positioned to win it. An interview last week with Spendvision CEO Shane Bruhns helped reaffirm at least part of my position.
